Daniel A. Spitzer is an attorney practicing entirely in the area of personal injury.. He received his B.S. from the University of Redlands and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.  Additionally Mr. Spitzer earned a Masters in Dispute Resolution, with special focus on mediation advocacy, from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and a certificate from the Geoffrey H. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Spitzer had a twenty year career in business, with experience ranging from international high technology startups to petroleum distribution.. Mr. Spitzer is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice in the state courts of California and the United States Federal District Court (Central District)..
