Jennifer Ruiz has over 25 years of litigation experience, which has included successfully taking to trial numerous cases to a jury verdict in almost all courts in Los Angeles County. Her experience also includes successfully completing numerous binding arbitrations, mediations, and the taking of hundreds of depositions and Examinations Under Oath. She has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death and elder abuse. She has had the unique exprience of handling both plainitf and defense cases and worked extensively with SIU matters.. Jennifer Ruiz has successfully handled cases which involved automobile accidents, rental truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, property disputes, assaults, wrongful death, elder abuse and product defects.
