I am also licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, where all appeals in patent matters are heard, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which covers federal case appeals for the West Coast.. I am also licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office so that I can prepare and file patent applications for clients..
