Richard also is an Assistant Governor for Rotary District 7850 and a member of the Miss Vermont Scholarship Organization's Board of Directors. Richard has previously volunteered as an attorney with the Vermont Bar Association’s Military Family Law Project, as an EMT with Shelburne Rescue, and as a Cubmaster with Shelburne Cub Scout Pack 607.
