I have been fortunate enough to gain broad experience in legal and business issues involving engineering, architecture and construction. I spent some thirteen years with the Sundt Companies and its subsidiary Sundt Construction, Inc. a firm consistently ranked by Engineering News Record among the top 75 construction companies in the United as Senior Counsel and then managing Sundt Construction’s Southern Arizona Office, I secured an understanding of construction law and the construction industry that I believe is uncommon among attorneys.. As Senior Counsel I worked on a variety of commercial, contract and litigation matters and furnished legal services to profit centers at project sites and area offices both here and abroad. As a Profit Center Manager I gained a real understanding of the issues and pressures business people in the construction industry face. As an attorney, I focus on practical, business oriented solutions and work with clients to help them not only avoid problems, but identify opportunities..
