As Senior Counsel I worked on a variety of commercial, contract and litigation matters and furnished legal services to profit centers at project sites and area offices both here and abroad. As a Profit Center Manager I gained a real understanding of the issues and pressures business people in the construction industry face. As an attorney, I focus on practical, business oriented solutions and work with clients to help them not only avoid problems, but identify opportunities..
