In his transactional practice, Vlad counsels clients on entity formation and business structures, ranging from single entity formation to complex multi-entity structures with foreign operating subsidiaries. He has also represented both corporate debtors and creditors in regional and national bankruptcy cases and related litigation, and has administered the wind up, liquidation and dissolution of businesses in and outside of bankruptcy..
