While in law school, Matthew was a certified legal intern with the Office of the District Attorney in Delaware County, where he was able to polish his trial skills in various district courts during preliminary hearings. Matthew completed his undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University, where he majored in Political Science and Journalism.. Matthew is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.. He is currently the Solicitor for the Radnor Haverford Marple Sewer Authority and the Marple Township Zoning Hearing Board and is the President of the Marple Newtown School Board..
