As a graduate of Florida International University College of Law, Mr. Agosto graduated in the top 20% of his class and was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship for his academic excellence. As a law student, Mr. Agosto clerked for a PIP (personal injury protection) firm as well as a commercial litigation / contract law firm. He also clerked for a Circuit Judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in Miami.. Before attending law school, Mr. Agosto graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree while majoring in Legal Studies and a double minor in both Sociology and Crime, Law, and Deviance. He graduated with a specialization in Sports and Entertainment Law as well as Litigation and Advocacy. He was also a member of the Mock Trial Team and the National Society of Leadership and Success..
