I have been practicing criminal law for 30 years in the Tampa Bay area. I have extensive trial experience having tried over 300 jury and bench trials. I am often called upon by other attorneys in the area for my expertise in handling criminal cases. I handle almost every aspect of a criminal case from investigation to trials. I also handle probation violations, domestic violence injunctions and juvenile cases. If you have an Injury case due to a car accident or negligence of another, please call me. I have been an Instructor at Pasco Hernando College and have been awarded the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Laywers Assoication and I am nationally ranked by the NAFDD as a Superior DUI Attorney for 2014. I was ranked in the Nations Top 1% Attorney by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as well as the Top 100 Lawyers by the American Society of Legal Advocates for 2017.
