"Bill" Underwood, Jr. was a longtime trial lawyer and advocate for injured people in southwest Georgia.  Following Trey's tenure at the Dougherty Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office, Trey joined his father's personal injury and workers' compensation practice where he was mentored by his father and learned from his father's thirty-five years of personal injury and workers' compensation trial experience.  Following his father's passing in 2010, Trey followed in his father's footsteps by becoming a leader in the local bar association and State Bar of Georiga.  Trey is a Past President of the Dougherty Judicial Circuit Bar Association and is the Chair-Elect of the State Bar of Georgia's General Practice and Trial Section.  He is also active in the Georgia Trial Lawyers' Association, where he is a member of the 2014-2015 LEAD Class as well as the American Association for Justice..
