I founded Rohan Law over 10 years ago to provide the Atlanta community with legal services in workers' compensation, personal injury, and criminal law. When you call us to discuss a legal matter you can ask us anything and we will listen and provide you with the best course of action. When you hire us to take on your case, you can get the peace of mind you need, knowing that a team of professionals is working to obtain the best possible outcome for your case. Personally, I spent several years representing insurance companies before, I realized that I was more interested in helping injured workers who deserved to be compensated for their injuries. I now use the skills and knowledge I gained while defending the insurance companies to help inured workers avoid getting taken advantage of or duped into settling for less than they are legally entitled to. I am familiar with the defense tactics and can use that knowledge to your advantage. I apply the same dedication to criminal defense cases where my clients rely on me to help them defend their innocence and protect their rights under the law if they have made a mistake. I have handled all manner of criminal cases from traffic offenses all the way to major drug charges and violent crimes. At the end of the day, each case is an opportunity for me to lend my legal expertise, experience, and skills to people who are not able to protect themselves inside a legal system that is complex and full of obstacles.
