In addition to his prior experience as a prosecutor, Mr. McKinney also served for three years as Assistant County Attorney for Forsyth County, Georgia where he was also the Magistrate Court of Forsyth County, Georgia prosecutor. His current practice includes specialty in criminal defense of all persons, family law, personal injury cases, and other litigation matters.
