He completed his college education at the University of Georgia in 1991, earning a degree in business administration. After graduation, Brian moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where he attended law school and earned his law degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, in 1994. With his law degree, law license, and a strong desire to return to Cartersville, Georgia to embark on his law career, he was invited to join a local law firm to assist local clients in need of bankruptcy advice.
