Patrick Evans is not someone who’ll backdown from a challenge. An experienced litigator with a passion for domestic litigation, Patrick is the type of lawyer you want on your side when your rights as a parent or spouse are at issue. A former United States Army Officer, Patrick believes in being fair and direct with all parties, whether they are clients, opposing counsel, or court employees. He believes in making his client’s goals his own and strives to get them the best result possible under the law. Patrick has represented clients all across the Metro Atlanta area and beyond. In addition to Family Law Patrick has experience defending clients in misdemeanor and DUI defense cases.. Patrick is a 2011 graduate of John Marshall Law School. In addition to his Juris Doctorate Patrick has a Masters of Public Administration and Bachelors Science from the University of North Georgia, formerly North Georgia College. Following the completion of his undergraduate degree in 2002 Patrick accepted an ROTC commission and went on to serve as a Scout Platoon Leader and Reconnaissance Troop Executive Officer.. While he was raised in Miami Beach, FL Patrick has spent almost his entire adult life living in Georgia. Patrick currently resides in Marietta with his wife Sherri, his son Riley, their dog Bauer, and their cat Dawnie. When not practicing law Patrick enjoys watching the sports teams from the city of his youth (the Miami Marlins, Hurricanes, and Heat), trying to win his Fantasy Football League, and spending time with his family.
