Frank G. More recently, Frank Podesta was an attorney with Bomar Rice, where he specialized in business and tax litigation.  While with Bomar Rice, Mr. Podesta merged his knowledge of finance and taxation with his experience in Federal litigation to win scores of favorable decisions..
