Timothy A. Bishop is the Managing Member of Bishop Legal, LLC.  Mr. Bishop is an experienced attorney and litigator having practiced with several litigation firms prior to forming his own practice.  Mr. Bishop has handled hundreds of litigation matters over the years and participated in several jury and bench trials.. Mr. Bishop was recently recognized by Super Lawyers as a Mid-South Rising Star in the area of General Litigation (2014).  Mr. Bishop is admitted to practice law in both Georgia and Tennessee.  Bishop is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Tennessee.. Mr. Bishop remains involved with Belmont University where he currently serves as a Member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors.  Bishop is a past Member of the Belmont University College of Law American Inn of Court and Belmont University Young Alumni Council..
