This service is a complete SCAM. Don’t waste your money or time with them, or their lies. I tried to call them for several months, but phones are not answered. I then emailed them several times asking to cancel my subscription. No response ever came, but they keep taking my money monthly. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
At the first we are made to think that we are in the network by confirming that the ZIP code is workable. Yet after paying the fee to join in the community legal solutions, we are then told that there are no legal help for that ZIP code. All a scam to get you signed into a pipe dream.
Ben is the most wonderful human to work with. I was overwhelmed when I was seeking to regain custody of my child, and he clarified the entire process for me and made me feel so much more confident about the process. He explained things in ways I could easily understand, and was so kind and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him!
