Justin, affectionately known as "Bamberg from Bamberg," is a native of Bamberg, South Carolina. After finishing law school in just two and a half years, he began his legal career with a mid-sized, premier civil defense litigation firm based in Charleston - where he litigated on behalf of his clients in state and federal court. He has represented clients in an array of cases ranging from minor motor vehicle collisions to catastrophic injury and large scale class action litigation. In 2014, he left the insurance defense industry to be an advocate for injured or killed persons and their family throughout the State of South Carolina and United States.. Justin Bamberg stands up for and with his clients, aggressively representing them as a trial attorney and advocate for justice. He has represented clients in a wide array of personal injury matters, and as lead or co-counsel, has represented individuals in some of the highest profile cases in recent American history.. Justin is a Member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, where he serves the citizens of House District 90 in Bamberg, Barnwell & Colleton Counties.
