Ms. Jung is co-founder of JV LAW GROUP, LLP. Ms. Jung attended the University of California, Irvine as an undergraduate. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law and minored in Psychology. She attended law school at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, CA where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. Ms. Jung is a licensed attorney and member of the California Bar. Ms. Jung is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.. Ms. Jung focused her practice primarily on personal injury and business contract dispute cases before working in tax controversy cases. She has assisted victims of accidents in successfully obtaining compensation for their injuries and medical bills from insurance companies. She successfully resolved contract disputes involving service contracts and sales of goods. She spent several years as an ardent advocate for taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and many state tax agencies in resolving tax liability issues. She assisted her clients in negotiating a settlement of their tax debt, wage levy release, innocent spouse relief, lien subordination and reduction of assessed penalties. Ms. Jung has represented taxpayers in the Appeals process with favorable results for her clients.
