After receving a Dean's Scholarship and attending the University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Kobilka moved back to the Metroplex, first opening an office at the Galleria then moving to Plano, the office's current location. The Law Office of David A. Kobilka prides itself on being client centered, acsessable, responsive and fighting for clients to achieve their legal goals.
