I’m Trevor Theilen. For over 14 years, I practiced criminal law and administrative law (“license law”) as a Texas prosecutor. Today, I’m laser focused on protecting your freedom and your right to work.I became a lawyer to go to court and win. I chose criminal law and license law because they give me the chance to do that regularly for individuals and small businesses. I am not afraid of judges, and I love juries. I will carefully explore and explain all of your options, but if a trial or a hearing is your best chance at success I don’t hesitate to jump in and fight for you.My license defense work spans across all of Texas - I work remotely when possible, and travel when necessary.My criminal defense work focuses on North Texas counties (Collin, Dallas, Denton, Rockwall, Tarrant, Kaufman, & Hunt) since criminal work usually requires in-person court appearances.Every client and case are unique. Each one deserves representation crafted around its specific needs. My clients and I nail down exactly what they hope to achieve before we move forward. I regularly update my clients on their cases, and I expect them to keep me updated as well.I mainly communicate with clients on the phone, through texts and emails, or on video.
