Choosing the right lawyer will make a difference in the outcome of any case.  An experienced lawyer will be able to help their clients get better results in their case.  Being a party to a lawsuit can be upsetting and disruptive.  Pushing cases through the civil justice system can be frustrating, expensive, and unpredicatble.  Despite its shortcomings, our country's judicial syatem is ultimately fair.  A traditional jury trial is the very best way to resolve an otherwise unresolvable civil dispute.  I know that the lawyer handling any given case will make a difference in the outcome of a case.  Good lawyers make a case better.
