My practice concentrates on representing individuals with serious injuries, companies in business disputes, as well as businesses and individuals in employment matters.. I have represented clients in accidents involving death,quadriplegic injuries, brain injuries, etc. I have sued many manufacturers of defective products. I work closely with my clients to understand their specific needs and to resolve their cases based on those needs.. I have represented clients wronged in various business transactions, including breach of contract, construction, buy/sell agreements, etc.. I have also represented clients regarding the enforcement of non-compete agreements, overtime law, unpaid wages, sexual harassment and discrimination.
