“I had the privilege of working with Ms. Palmer in a matter involving a modification of a parenting plan. The case had transferred from Pierce County to Spokane County. As a result of coming on the case after a venue transfer, I had the opportunity to review what Ms. Palmer had previously argued in Pierce County. Due to the pandemic, Ms. Palmer was able to continue working with me through the resolution of the trial. Her knowledge, and ability to recall the facts of the case was extremely impressive.
