With more than 20 years of experience as a licensed attorney, I provide advice and counsel to corporate clients regarding workplace investiations, counseling, drafting and revising company policies and procedures, representation in employee disciplinary actions, labor arbitrations, union grievances, student disciplinary actions, and claims of discrimination.  I have represented my clients in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New Jersey Division of Civil Rights, New Jersey state courts, unemployment claims and wrongful termination.  I have also represented several school boards in a wide variety of matters, including employment related matters.. I also handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract negotiation through closing including but not limited to leasing, landlord-tenant, business formation and corporate governance.  As a landlord myself, I can assist my clients and help them navigate landlord-tenant rights and disputes.  I pride myself on personalize attention, professionalism and sound advice.. I am passionate about education, as an adjunct professor and mother of 3, I expect excellence when it comes to education, this is why we live in the metropolitan area isn't it?  One of the most rewarding parts of my job is working closely with families and providing support when dealing with school districts.  I can provide assistance with the challenging discussions and issues parents face in providing the least restrictive environment each child deserves.
