Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Mr. Woolf graduated with a B.A. from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, in 1972. He then earned a M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974, a J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1977, and a Diploma from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2001..
