He is no stranger to hard work, commitment, and dedication. He is the son of a retired United States army major where he learned the importance of responsibility, diligence, and solid preparation. Rich graduated from Radford University where he excelled in and received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Prior to Law School, Rich gained broad and valuable experience working in the Virginia General Assembly as a policy analyst for the Virginia State Crime Commission and as a Committee Clerk for the Senate Courts of Justice Committee.. Rich earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Regent University School of Law. He emphasized trial skills and gained valuable experience while interning at the Commonwealths’ Attorney’s Office for New Kent County, Virginia.. Rich has extensive trial experience in Hampton Roads courts, including in part Hampton, Newport News, York County, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Norfolk courts..
