Born and raised in Bristol. UVA graduate. Duke University Law, top 10% of my class. I gained experience at large litigation law firms in Dallas, Texas and Washington, D.C. before I returned to the Tri-Cities. I live in Abingdon with my wife and children. I have litigated hundreds of cases. I have tried cases in front of Virginia and Tennessee juries. I have written briefs and argued appeals in Virginia, Tennessee and federal courts. I have argued twice before the nine justices of the United States Supreme Court.. I have a passion to use my education and experience in helping everyday people.
