my sisters finance is on probation for a felony gun charge (possession of a gun as a felon) he just got out two months. on unsupervised probation and has 2 years over his head. he just got charged on 8/1/26 with assault and battery 3rd offense(felony) in va. he has a bond hearing tomorrow @1pm how likely is it he will get a bond? PAID $12,500 for his lawyer. but he has a long criminal history. location: in virginia
