Should a case not be a fit for alternative dispute resolution, I have been litigating cases in courts since 1992, in Ohio and then in Connecticut.My partner, Scott Sandler, and I created Zaslow & Sandler, LLC in 2006. Previously, I had been on my own as a solo practitioner, and then an associate attorney in two different offices -- The Law Office of Eliot J. Nerenberg and then Roisman & McClure, PC.
