In 1994 Doug Goyen began studying the law at SMU Law School, and graduated in 1997. He worked part-time as a claims adjuster while attending SMU Law School. Doug Goyen passed the Texas Bar Exam in late 1997 on his first attempt, and has held a law license in the State of Texas since that time.
