In family law I have a wide variety of experience from adult disabled children and child support to complex property division.  Family law matters are extremely personal and each case is unique.  While many good results come from mediation, sometimes circumstances require a hearing.  I give my clients honest assessments of their circumstances and let them decide from the options available to them.  I believe it is important to keep my clients active participants in their own legal process.  We work together to address liquidity, possible tax implications and cash flow concerns as well as child related custody and possession issues.. Creativity and an open mind have led to many resolutions that would never have happened inside a courtroom and are a much better result for all parties involved, including the children.. I have been involved in the LGBTQ community for a decade and am proud to support my LGBTQ clients through their own family law journeys.. I am here to guide you on your difficult journey through the confusing, and often times frustrating, legal system and to assist in creating workable solutions..
