Lynn Foster was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. He is a graduate of Clements High School. Undergraduate degree from the University of joined the firm as a law clerk in 1989. South Texas College of Law (J.D. 1996) Trained as a mediator while attending South Texas. Admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1996. Member of the Fort Bend County Bar Association. Fort Bend Criminal Defense Lawyers Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. State Bar College of Texas.. Lynn Foster has been happily married for over 23 years. He is the proud father of four daughters, two of whom are attending college.When not practicing law he can be found at the soccer fields, volleyball courts, cross country meets and various other venues helping to coach and watch his daughters play. Many of these activities he has been the coach for his daughters' teams.He and his family are very active in the Catholic Church. Lynn serves as a Lector, his wife devoted much of her time as a volunteer Director of Religious Education from 2010 to 2016. She also was a teacher in the school for many years before taking over.He is charter member of the local Knights of Columbus where he served as financial secretary from 1999-2001.When not busy with the family and church, Lynn enjoys fishing, hunting or just hanging in the backyard cooking on the grill.
