Attorney Atousa Nezamabadi is the manager of Sierra Legal Group’s office in Texas. She graduated in 2007 from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Psychology. There she excelled academically by making the Dean’s List of distinguished students. In 2011, Atousa received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and has been a licensed attorney in Texas since November 2011. Atousa is licensed to practice before all state courts in Texas and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is also fluent in Farsi and is comfortable helping her Farsi-speaking clients understand the legal process.. Atousa joined Talabi & Associates, P.C. as an associate in 2012. She remained with the firm for almost five years where she gained extensive experience practicing in the areas of personal injury, immigration, and family law. At Talabi & Associates, Atousa successfully handled several auto accidents and premises liability claims at various stages. She then joined Lemon Law Group Partners, representing Plaintiffs in consumer litigation matters including breach of warranty and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act cases, Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and general vehicle warranty litigation..
