Ms. Stuhr is licensed in the State of Texas. She began her legal career as an Associate Attorney in litigation firm Doyle, Restrepo, Harvin, & Robbins, LLP. While there, she obtained meaningful experience in all stages of litigation. She worked on contract disputes involving damages in the tens of millions, cross-border discovery via the Hague Evidence Convention, and foreign jurisdiction law. Ms. Stuhr also maintained a docket of cases involving Deceptive Trade Practices Act and Texas Insurance Code violations, in addition to trucking litigation.. At Onal Gallant & Partners (formerly John Onal & Associates PC), Rachael Stuhr represents clients in commercial, business, and intellectual property disputes.
