My practice brings together elder law and special needs practices with high net-worth estate planning. Are you worried about paying for expensive long term care or have a family member with special needs that could lose benefits if he or she inherits? I have tools for those public benefits (such as SSI and TennCare/Medicaid) to address those problems. Worried about estate or gift taxes? There are tons of things we can do to help you there. How about mental incapacity? I've helped families prepare for that too. I’ve been down this trail before, and with a guide, we can do it together.
