Mr. Mizzo’s experience includes representing clients ranging from Fortune Global 500 companies to smaller technology companies in cases involving a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals (such as anti-hypertensive, anti-depressive, anti-cancer, anti-glaucoma and anti-HIV medications), biomedical devices, DRAM chips, cell phones, microchip manufacturing machines, and computer software and systems. Mr. Mizzo received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering summa cum laude from Rutgers University in 1996 and his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law in 1999. Prior to joining Kirkland, Mr. Mizzo clerked for the Honorable William J. Martini in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
