Ms. Sherrell stresses the importance of estate planning for anyone with dependents.  A provision naming a guardian is particularly important for individuals with minor children.  Ms. Sherrell takes pride in listening carefully to her clients’ particular needs and circumstances—family, financial, and otherwise—in order to create an estate plan that is customized specifically for them.. Lauren Sherrell earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee School of Law, with a concentration in business transactions.  A native of Chattanooga, Ms. Sherrell holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.. Ms. Sherrell currently sits on the board of the South East Tennessee Lawyer’s Association for Women.  She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Chattanooga Bar Association, and the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Chattanooga Bar Association.
