While stationed at Camp Pendleton in California, Mr. Boucher finished his second Marine Corps tour as a Defense Counsel in the most active trial unit in the entire Department of Defense.. After leaving the Marine Corps for the second time, Mr. Boucher opened his own law office in Knoxville, Tennessee. He has a diverse practice that now concentrates on Criminal Defense and Divorce/Custody/Domestic law.. He has served as a special judge in the General Sessions Court for Knox County, Tennessee hearing both felony and misdemeanor cases. He has been recognized by his peers and adversaries as one of the best trial attorneys in Knox County and the surrounding areas. He approaches all of his cases with a determined eye towards the best results for his clients.. Mr. Boucher has been successful in winning acquittals in trials involving 1st Degree Murder, Rape, Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, DUI, Thefts, and Drug cases.. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Knoxville Bar Association.. He holds a BA in Criminal Justice from The Citadel, in Charleston, South Carolina and received his Law Degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana..
