Mr. Boucher served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps prior to entering law school.  Within days of passing the Tennessee Bar Exam, he was recalled to active duty in the Marine Corps, and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom serving with the 1st Marine Division and with the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force.  After completing Operations in Fallujah, Iraq, Mr. Boucher was sent to the Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island and became qualified and certified as a Judge Advocate.  While stationed at Camp Pendleton in California, Mr. Boucher finished his second Marine Corps tour as a Defense Counsel in the most active trial unit in the entire Department of Defense.. After leaving the Marine Corps for the second time, Mr. Boucher opened his own law office in Knoxville, Tennessee.  He has a diverse practice that now concentrates on Criminal Defense and Divorce/Custody/Domestic law.. He has served as a special judge in the General Sessions Court for Knox County, Tennessee hearing both felony and misdemeanor cases.  He has been recognized by his peers and adversaries as one of the best trial attorneys in Knox County and the surrounding areas.  He approaches all of his cases with a determined eye towards the best results for his clients.. Mr. Boucher has been successful in winning acquittals in trials involving 1st Degree Murder, Rape, Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, DUI, Thefts, and Drug cases..
