Attorney Snell is the principal of the Law Office of Brian C. Snell with offices in Marblehead and Reading.  Attorney Snell concentrates in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Guardianships and Elder Law.  Attorney Snell is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Suffolk University Law School.  As a new resident of Marblehead, he has volunteered with the Marblehead Arts during the July 4th Celebrations and has transferred is Rotary membership to Marblehead Rotary Club where he will serve on the Board of Directors beginning in 2023 and was a member of the 100 Year Celebration Committee.  While a resident of Reading, he was active in the community serving as a Town Meeting Member, a member of the Joshua Eaton, Parker Middle School and RMHS School Councils and was Chairman of the Reading Council on Aging for more than five years. He remains pro bono counsel to the Reading Knights of Columbus, a friend of the Reading Rotary and on the Board of Directors of the Reading Coalition for Prevention and Support (formerly RCASA).  Additionally, Attorney Snell is a member of the Leadership Team in the establishment of a Dementia Friendly Reading.. Attorney Snell and his wife Linda have three daughters – Kate, Caroline and Tricia and in 2021 became a Papa to Maggie and added Rosie to the crowd in 2023.
