My practice is divided between the representation of government contractors and the representation of employers in labor and employment matters.. [a] Representation of government contractors - As a condition of contracting with the government, companies are subject to a variety of legal obligations. In particular, federal contractors and subcontractors are subject to regulations enforced by the OFCCP (the US Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs). The OFCCP has responsibility for enforcing the non-discrimination and affirmative action obligations that apply to federal contractors and subcontractors.
