My main areas of practice are Criminal Defense and Divorce/Post-Divorce cases. Within the area of criminal defense I handle DUI's, Domestic Violence Offenses, Felony Drug cases, Violent Felony Offenses and Sex Crimes. Within my Divorce practice I handle contested divorces, orders of protection, change of custody and modification petitions for spousal support, parenting time and child support. Prior to practicing law I was employed as a General Sessions Probation Officer, where I built relationships and gained experience with the inner working of the court system and its components(judges, police, assistant district attorneys and other probation officers). I am the seventh attorney on my mother's side of the family. Several members of the family have been or are currently judges in Davidson County. My hobbies consist of coaching youth athletics(football, baseball and basketball). I believe communication, preparation and zealous advocacy are essential in defending and upholding my client's rights and rendering successful results.
