I have been practicing bankruptcy law for my entire career.  I have experience in every aspect of the bankruptcy system, representing debtors, creditors, trustees, individuals, businesses, other lawyers, and even the United States government.  After seven years of practice, I decided to open my own law firm to pursue my passion--helping individuals and businesses in the bankruptcy courts.  Owning and operating Prelle Eron & Bailey has now consumed over half of my career, and it continues to be a grand adventure..
