I have been practicing bankruptcy law for my entire career.  I have experience in every aspect of the bankruptcy system, representing debtors, creditors, trustees, individuals, businesses, other lawyers, and even the United States government.  After seven years of practice, I decided to open my own law firm to pursue my passion--helping individuals and businesses in the bankruptcy courts.  Owning and operating Prelle Eron & Bailey has now consumed over half of my career, and it continues to be a grand adventure.. While bankruptcy is the primary focus of our firm, we assist a wide range of clients in defending and prosecuting business disputes, foreclosures, and breach of contract actions.  We also assist clients with their transactional needs, including incorporations, drafting operating agreements and bylaws, drafting and reviewing contracts and leases, preparing sales agreements, promissory notes, and security instruments, and arranging for the sale, division, or wind down of businesses..
