After the completion of the program Mr. Duarte was assigned to handle criminal jury trials on behalf of the LA City Attorney's office as a Pro Bono Deputy City Attorney. Mr. Duarte has recently had another clients charges reduced in another DUI case with a .10 blood alcohol level to a speeding exhibition.
