Overall firm responsibility for developing, maintaining and administering human resources in support of efficient and profitable operations. Provides external personnel and human resources consulting services for a fee to the firm’s clients.• Recruits, interviews and tests candidates for employment.• Coordinates the on-campus recruiting program and represents the firm at recruiting functions.• Conducts and participates in industry salary surveys to ensure firm’s compensation levels remain competitive.• Develops and conducts internal and external training programs.• Develops internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws.• Counsels firm’s supervisory personnel on human resource matters.• As the firm’s Evaluation Coordinator, reviews all personnel evaluations.• Administers annual “Awards for Excellence” program.• Administers Employee Orientation for all new hires.• Serves as the human resources consultant for the firm and provides clients with a full range of integrated consulting services including recruitment services, personnel audits, employee handbook review and development, policies and procedures manuals, compliance services, termination services, performance appraisal systems, employee incentive programs, and training and development.
