She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in economics and received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. She also received her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, from which she graduated magna cum laude.. Ms. Flanders is admitted to practice before the courts of Washington State, the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and District of Colorado, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
