I have spent most of his legal career representing long term disability insurance policyholders.. I spent several years practicing in commercial litigation and professional malpractice defense before founding my own firm with the vision of supporting clients during their most challenging times - where their health has become compromised and their careers impacted.. I received my B.A. from State University of New York, Albany, and my J.D. from Hofstra Law School, where I was a member and Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. I am admitted to practice in the states of New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York, District of Connecticut, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
