I am a partner at Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid, P.C.,co-chair the firm’s Appellate Practice group and am a member of the firm's Litigation practice group. Lazer, the successful "Pine Barrens" appeal, arguably the most important New York State environmental appeal in modern history.. Other notable matters include a complex computer software arbitration resulting in a multi-million dollar award for the client, a mortgage foreclosure action and surplus money proceeding involving claimants including the estate of George Harrison, and representing plaintiffs in two pending "town taxpayer" statutory actions addressing uses of major properties in Southampton, New York.
