Though my office is in Clifton Park, I have appeared in courts in Duchess, Ulster, Columbia, Delaware, Schoharie, Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Fulton, Montgomery, Herkimer, Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties.. I can help colleagues and potential clients with issues regarding:Family and Matrimonial Law:- Child Custody- Child Support & Spousal Support. - Domestic Violence, Family Offenses and Family Court Orders of Protection. - Divorce- Separation- Prenuptial & Postnuptial Agreements. - Settlement Negotiation. - Mediation advisement. - Defense of Family Court Abuse or Neglect actions. - Family Court and Divorce appeals. I have also served on the Appellate Division Third Department Panel for Attorneys for Children, and represented the interests of children in Custody, Abuse, and Neglect proceedings.. I offer a discount to my standard hourly rate for professional (IAFF) Firefighters.. Telephone and virtual conferences remain available to prospective clients despite the recent closures related to COVID-19. Moreover, the courts remain open to hear family offense petitions.
