I have more than 43 years of experience protecting the rights of injured and disabled workers and their families. I am the founding partner of Kirk and Teff LLP which has enabled me with my partner and associates to ensure that injured workers receive wage loss replacement and medical benefits to which they are entitled. Whether a case has been denied wrongfully of if the insurance carrier refuses to pay full benefits it is our mission to assist injured workers obtain necessary medical records and pursue their cases at hearings before law judges and the Workers' Compensation Board. As a member of the American Arbitration Association I have presided over No-fault claims. As a chairman and member of three person panels I have resolved New York Supreme court claims. I have handled Social Security disability claims at hearing, at the Appeal counsel level and before the Federal court to obtain successful determinations on behalf o disabled workers.  I have handled personal injury negligence trials in Supreme Court, Criminal trials, Matrimonial trials in Supreme Court, and Family court trials.
